I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a lawyer and an overcommitter. My three daughters are the best thing I've ever done, next to marrying my husband of course, because without him there would be no them.

I dedicate this book to my mother, who is the genius behind The Gunny Sack. She used it until we were in high school (seriously). To this day I can still hear my mother's high-pitched threats, "I am bringing out The Gunny Sack!" as my four siblings and I sprinted in separate directions in a pathetic attempt to salvage any shred of personal property before its incarceration in The Gunny Sack. LOVE YOU MOM!
